How to configure Offline Folders in Microsoft Outlook Clients
Step 1
To configure offline folder in Microsoft Outlook, go to Microsoft Outlook and then click on Tools Services.
Step 2
A new window will appear. Then select Microsoft Exchange Server and click on Properties.
Step 3
Then select Advanced tab and click on Enabled offline use.
Step 4
Then click on Offline Folder File Settings
Step 5
Provide name and location for file file.
Step 6
Click Ok to create it.
