How to limit the size of incoming or outgoing message

Step 1

To limit the size of incoming and outgoing message go to Start and select Programs then choose Administrative Tools . From here click on Active Directory Users and Computers

Step 2

Right click on the users that you want to set the restriction on.

Step 3

Select the Exchange General tab.

Step 4

Click on Delivery Restriction

Step 5

In the Outgoing message size and Incoming message size section enter a limit. In this example we will set the maximum size to 1 Megabytes.
