How to Enable Remote mail in outlook
Step 1
To enable remote mail login in outlook, go to Start and select Programs ,then choose Administrative Tools . After that, click on Active Directory Users and Computers.
Step 2
Expand the users list and then right click on the user that you would like to allow dial-in access.
Step 3
Choose the Dial-in tab and then select Allow Access.
Step 4
Click on Ok when done.
