How to add offline folders to Outlook

Step 1

To add this newly created offline folder to Outlook go to Microsoft Outlook and choose File ,after that click Open ,then choose Personal Folder Files as shown below

Step 2

A dialog box will appear. Here choose the name and location of offline file that you have created

Step3

Click Ok when done.
