How to configure Public Folders



Step 1

Go to Exchange System Manager and then right click on Folders. When a menu pop up choose Public Folder Tree.

Another window will appear, we will call it MyPublicFolderTree.

Step 2

Click on OK to add Public Folder Tree first.

Step 3

Then proceed to your storage group to create a public store. Expand your server and storage group.





Step 4

When user click on Browse another window will appear. Here user will choose MyPublicFolderTree created earlier.

Step 5

Click on Ok when done.
