How to create Address List

    Step 1

    Address list allows grouping of logical accounts into a single unit. To create a new Address list, go to Exchange Manager. Then under the All Address List choose New and select Address List

    Step 2

    We will create a new address list called Finance. So under the name here, click on Address List Name and enter the word Finance.

Step 3

Next we will specify the rules for this address list. Just click on Filter Rules

Step 4

Then enter the criteria as shown above. And click on Find Now.

    Step 5

    Exchange will ask you whether you wanted to add this search result into your newly created address list. Click Ok to continue.
