How to disable an email account
Step 1
To disable an email account, go to Start and select Programs ,after that click on Administrative Tools .Then choose Active Directory Users and Computers
Step 2
Right click on the account that you want to disable
Step 3
When the a popup menu appear, choose All Task and then Disable Account
