How to recover Mailbox
Step 1
To recover a mailbox, go to Exchange System Manager and then expand your storage group and click on MailBox. In this group, you will be able to see that some of your mailbox is marked with a red cross sign.
Then another window will appear as shown below:
This will allow administrator to assign this mailbox to a particular user in this case we will assign it to wkwoo
