How to choose information to display on System Manager
User can customized information available to them during administrating mailbox.
Step 1
To do so, go to Exchange system manager and then expand your storage group to go to your mailbox.
Step 2
Right click on your mailbox and then Choose columns.
A new window will appear as illustrated below:
Step 3
In this example we will add another column called Storage limits. Just click on Storage Limit and then click Add to put it into the Displayed columns.
Step 4
Click on OK when done.
