How to retrieve mailbox size for each individual
Step 1
To retrieve the size of a mailbox, go to Exchange System Manager and expand your storage group. Go to Mailboxes as illustrated below :
Step 2
On the right hand side of this window, there’s a column called Size(KB) that basically shows the amount of storage occupied by the current user.
